Lunarpe provides digital tools to manage customer subscriptions, automate recurring billing, and track payments. These Services are offered on a subscription basis with tiered pricing plans available on our website.

5. Payments and Billing

• All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Lunarpe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last three (3) months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunarpe, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, or government restrictions.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
